The brick is pressed into brick, and the bricks are sintered into the kiln after being dried, that is to say, finally they are fired into andalusite refractory bricks.

The raw material of andalusite firebrick is: 300 kilograms of mullite powder, 100 kilograms of andalusite powder, 50 kilograms of sillimanite powder, 50 kilograms of clay, and 30 kilograms of silicon powder.
