High Alumina Ancher Fire brick manufacturered by us uses high standard bauxite, fused alumina, sintered mullite as raw material and combines additives.

High Alumina Ancher Fire brick is the refractory brick used to support the stress between the roof structure. Due to the furnace reactive gas and heat leakage, will damage the metal hanging pieces, resulting in roof collapse accident, so the ancher brick should has high strength, also with features of long service time at high temperature, thermal stability and good thermal shock resistance etc.

High Alumina Ancher Fire brick has the following masonry points:

1. Bricks from both sides should be coated with mud carefully, to prevent leakage of gas from the top of the furnace

2. Between the furnace body and anchor brick should be set aside between the expansion joints.

3. The hanging part of the brick should not be damaged that can give full play of hanging metal parts

4. The general use of air hardening mud (to prevent the mud from the furnace caused by gas leakage)
