Double rows taper roller bearings are fitted on pump end,roller
bearing are fitted on drive end.Bearing are lubricated by oil which
can modify bearing working condition and increase wear life of
bearing.
This series of pumps uses the same series of transmissions,
including brackets and bearing assemblies. The pump shaft has a
large diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, and will not bend
and vibrate under severe working conditions. The bearing is a
combination of single row tapered roller bearings and angular
contact ball bearings. It can withstand the maximum axial and
radial load of the pump. The bearings are lubricated with lithium
grease. The advantages of this lubrication are: high oil film
strength; grease adhesion. Good, not easy to lose, long use time;
simple sealing, sealed end caps at both ends of the bearing body,
can effectively prevent dirt and other dirt from entering the
bearing.
