Wear Rresistant Vertical Centrifugal Vertical Submerged Pump
Application and Features:
Type SP pumps are vertical,centrifugal slurry pumps which are
submerged in sump to work,They are designed for delivering
abrasive,large particle and high density slurries,These pumps do
not need any shatt seal and sealing water.They can also be operated
normally for insufficient suction duties.
Wet parts of type SP pumps are made of abrasion-resistant metal.
All parts of type SP immersed in liquid are lined with rubber.They
are suited to transport the slurry which contains non-edge and
abrasive particls.
The pump is a vertical submerged pump, which has a beautiful
appearance and is directly installed on the storage medium of the
medium to be transported, without additional floor space, thereby
reducing the capital investment.
The mechanical seal has been eliminated, which solves the troubles
that other submerged pumps need to be repaired frequently due to
the wear and tear of the mechanical seal, which saves the running
cost of the pump and improves the working efficiency.
It adopts a unique centrifugal double-balanced impeller for
conveying clean media without solid particles, with low vibration
noise and high efficiency. It adopts an open double-balanced
impeller for conveying unclean liquid with solid particles and
short fibers. Smooth operation and no blockage.
Working principle:
The working part is submerged in the liquid and the shaft seal is
leak-free. The utility model has the advantages of small occupied
area, reliable use, convenient maintenance and strong corrosion
resistance. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, paper,
petroleum and other industrial sectors.
The vertical motor of the submerged pump is fastened with bolts to
the motor base, and is directly driven by the elastic coupling and
the pump, the pump body, the intermediate indirect pipe, the pump
frame, the outlet pipe and the pipe flange, and is integrally
connected by bolts.
On the bottom plate, the pump as a whole is mounted on the
container through the bottom plate. The axial and radial forces of
the pump (including the water pressure generated during pump
operation, the weight of the impeller and the rotor, etc.) are all
supported by one-way thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball
bearings, and sliding guides. The shaft is to withstand the safe
operation of the pump. The bearings are lubricated with butter and
the guide bearings are lubricated with the liquid being delivered.
Therefore, the liquid level must be higher than the impeller center
line during operation. The length of the length L of the container
is different, and is divided into an intermediate guide bearing
structure and a structure without an intermediate guide bearing.
The structure of the new submerged pump is that the pump and the
motor are connected to each other and submerged into the liquid to
achieve accurate delivery of the material to the target storage.
