1. Maintenance and repair of transmission mechanism
Check whether the fixing device of wire rope meets the
requirements, and check whether there are corrosion, broken wire,
loose strand, broken strand, bending, kink, wear, flattening and
other phenomena. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be
replaced immediately; check whether the hook has defects such as
section wear, peeling, crack, torsion deformation, increase of
opening, and whether the relevant pin shaft and sleeve have serious
wear; Check whether the pulley is equipped with anti off rope
groove device, whether the pulley rotates flexibly, and whether the
pulley rope groove and rim have broken edges, wear, cracks and
other conditions.
2. Maintenance and repair of brake device
Check whether there is noise and heat dissipation during the
operation of the mechanism; check and adjust the clearance between
the brake pad and the brake wheel; check whether the spring and
pull rod of the brake have fatigue deformation, cracks and other
defects; check the lubrication of the gearbox, reducer, external
gear and other parts and whether the hydraulic oil leaks; check
whether the oil filter is blocked frequently, Whether the safety
valve is adjusted after use, whether the adjustment of the brake
surfaces of the brake is not necessary, and the dirt must be washed
with gasoline or thinner. Check whether the wheel tread and axle

3. Maintenance and repair of metal structure

instability, serious corrosion, crack, damage, etc., try to prevent
component deformation and collision damage during transportation,
check the connecting bolts or rivets, especially the vibrating
parts for looseness, defect and other defects, and check the

cracking.
4. Maintenance and repair of electrical system

the design requirements, whether the operation of these devices is
sensitive and reliable, whether the alarm signal can be sent in
time if it exceeds the specification, and whether the power source
running in the dangerous direction can be automatically cut off.
