After manually placing the divided and rounded dough, the dough balls will pass through the hot pressing device, the 3- layer tunnel oven, the 9-layer cooling tower and finally reach the automatic stacker & counter. The standard diameter of the bread is 25cm, if you want to adjust the bread size, the yield will also change.

HOT PRESS​

• Can press 4 pieces of flatbread at a time.

• Teflon belt is used against the press plate to prevent sticking.​

• Natural gas or LPG (direct flame) is used to bake the product.

• A three level tunnel oven is used to bake both sides of the product.​​
