LKM standard

The mold is a two-plates design with a hot runner system and a cashew gate for the sprue.

It features one slide, and the cavity and core are made of 1*2/S136 mold steel. The mold

surface has MT11010 treatment, with partial surfaces polished to SPI-A2 and SPI-B2

standards. This greatly improves surface hardness, wear resistance, and smoothness,

ensuring parts do not stick to the mold and have a smooth, burr-free surface without flow

marks or gas marks, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
