This mold features an LKM mold base and has dimensions of 250mm in height, 250mm in

width, and 251mm in depth. It is tailored for a 100T injection molding machine, using PC

material for injection molding. The molded part weighs only 0.12g, with dimensions of

7.79mm in length, 9.75mm in width, and 5.76mm in height. The mold utilizes a cold runner

system for efficient material flow.

The mold cavity and core are made of S136 mold steel, with an SPI B-2 surface finish for

enhanced durability. Equipped with a side gate, the mold ensures optimal injection

performance. With a lifespan of at least 500,000 shots, this mold offers long-lasting service

and reliability.
