The mold brand is Chitwing, manufactured in Guangdong, China, and is designed for a

100T injection molding machine. The mold surface is polished to SPI B-2, and the cavity

and core are hardened using 1*4/S136, providing better smoothness, higher hardness,

corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. This prevents POM from sticking to the mold,

allowing for easy demolding and smooth part surfaces. The tool life is greatly extended

(up to 500k shots), making it suitable for mass production. The mold is well-fitted and

free of flow marks and gas marks.
