Principle
Our tube sterilizer features a 4-layer outer shell structure and
employs hot water as the heating medium for sterilization. After
sterilization, the sterilized items are quickly cooled using either
cooling water or cold water. The heat transfer medium flows through
the two innermost tubes and the outer tube, while the material
being sterilized flows in the opposite direction through the middle
tube, ensuring maximum heat transfer area and efficiency. This
design ensures that the internal temperature of the material is
even and thoroughly disinfected.
Components
This equipment comprises a material tank, pump, tube heat
exchanger, holding tube, overheated water system, and control
system. The design of the equipment adopts a heat storage type heat
exchange technology, which improves the heat transfer efficiency
and saves energy.
Our operating system utilizes a graphical user interface for
human-machine interaction, making it easy for users to monitor the
operating status of each component of the equipment in real-time.
The control system on the equipment is also designed to be
user-friendly and intuitive, ensuring that operators can easily
control and adjust the equipment to meet their specific needs.
