The STG16-S series gas meter is a new type of gas meter equipped
with liquid crystal display with battery life of up to 6 years.
Compared with traditional gas meters, our gas meters use liquid
crystal display.It has the following advantages over old-fashioned
screen reading:
1. The installation environment of the gas meter is relatively
complex, with many requirements. The LCD screen is easy to install,
stable and reliable;
2. After the installation of the gas meter, it is required to
record the use all the time. The liquid crystal screen has a
relatively low power consumption, which can meet the requirements
for a long period of uninterrupted work;
3. High contrast, can also clearly see the contents of the LCD
screen in sunlight;
4. Low main control requirements, simple operation and quick
response;
5. Long service life, LCD screen service life in general in 5-10
years.In general, even if the gas meter is broken, the LCD screen
can also be used;
6. Users can intuitively understand the displayed content and
display more functions than the traditional display screen.
However, due to the problems of focusing, gathering and breathing
effect, the traditional display screen has a poor display effect
and is prone to geometric distortion of the picture.And it's big,
it's heavy, it takes up space, and it consumes a lot of power.

Functions
1. Meter Recharge: By inputting 20 digits Token.
2. Low Credit Alarm: Alarm value can be set by inputting
corresponding TOKEN.
3. Non-return valve: Non-return valve inside for preventing
back-flow.
4. The integrated keypad of gas meter is offered to enter recharge
TOKEN and check information by short codes.
5. The CIU is installed inside customer’s house, when the meter is
kept away from customer’s reach in locked boxes or houses.
