Through years’ development,the Company has now developed universal cable reels,multi-ring(signal)cable reels to satisfy various special needs.The products of this series are characterized by mature tecnology and stable and reliable performances.They have been awarded five utility model patents and one invention patent and are widely used in metallurgical and hoist industries.Cable reel is a cable winding device that provides power supply, control power supply or control signal for large mobile equipment. It is widely used in port gantry crane, container crane, shipper, tower crane and other similar heavy machinery equipment.

Structural and Mechanical Features

The EM cable reel is a cable coiling and uncoiling device for mobile equipment,and composed of a unique semi-hydraulic coupling driving device, an armature box and a reel. It has the following main features:

1 Large scope of coiling moment adjustment and constant tension after a stable adjustment

2 Good synchronization. Its good slipping preventing mechanism makes the coiling speed in synchronization with the speed of mobile equipment.
