PSL 1-4 Wellhead Casing Head Rubber/Metal Seal
Product Introduction
As one of the important components in drilling equipment, the
casing head cross provides a hanger bearing function for secondary
drilling. The top cross of the tubing head installed on the surface
wellhead device installs the tubing head after the final casing
head installation to provide a bearing shoulder to support the
tubing and provide sealing holes for the tubing hanger or
production casing/tubing annular space seal. After completion of
the well, the Christmas tree is installed on the top of the tubing
head through the tubing head conversion connection device

Sealing Performance Guarantee
1.FLS valve seat and valve body sealing
Metal seal between valve seat and valve body.
2.Valve seat and gate sealing
There is a metal seal between the valve seat and the gate.The
surface of the gate and valve seat is plasma sprayed with nickel
based alloy or sprayed with tungsten carbide hardening treatment,
which has good wear and corrosion resistance. The flatness of the
sealing surface is ≤ 0.006mm, the parallelism is ≤ 0.01mm, and the
surface roughness of the sealing surface is less than 0.4 after
precision grinding, grinding, and polishing treatment μ m. Ensure
the sealing of the gate valve seat.
3.FLS valve seat seal
Combined sealing component, the sealing material adopts imported
sealing components or imported rubber: PEEK+EIGILOY
corrosion-resistant alloy spring, ensuring the sealing performance
of the valve seat.
4.Valve stem seal
Combined sealing component, the sealing material adopts imported
sealing components or imported rubber: PTFE+EIGILOY
corrosion-resistant alloy spring, ensuring the sealing performance
of the valve stem.
5.Sealing performance guarantee of oil pipe head and casing head
The hanger and casing sealing of 105MPa and above oil pipe heads
and casing heads adopt metal sealing methods to ensure the sealing
of the product.
