Our disc separator is suitable for various beer brewing

from surplus yeast and tank bottoms, manufacture of non-alcoholic
beer, kvass, turbidity adjustment with separators, and craft beer
separator with skid introduction.
Our disc separator features an inert gas seal system that minimizes
oxygen in the clarified product, a monitoring system for automatic
piping outlet turbidity monitoring and total suspended solids
control, a control system that monitors all functions with
self-adjustment to keep running settings, modularity separation
system that is multi-purpose, plus&play and ready-to-start
kits, CIP on line that effectively cleans the equipment, saves
resources, and reduces labor, an automatic water and product
recirculating system that ensures the beer in the clarifier
maintains a sufficiently low-temperature condition, and GMP
standard that ensures each stainless steel pipeline is manufactured
to meet sanitary standards, the clarifier is self-cleaning, and no
dismantling is required for cleaning.
Our product specifications include six different models, ranging
from BRSX12 to BRSX300, with a capacity ranging from 300-16000 L/H
and a motor power ranging from 5.5-37KW. Each model is made of
high-quality food-grade stainless steel, ensuring the safety and
