Product Description
The extruder is a kind of equipment commonly used in the
manufacture of plastic products. It heats and melts the plastic and
extrudes it through the elements of the screw and screw structure,
so that the molten plastic passes through the mold to form the
desired shape. Threaded elements play an important role in
extruders.
Threaded elements usually consist of one or more screws and
threaded sleeves. The screw is the main driving element, which

During extrusion, the screw rotates to push the molten plastic

gradually shrinks due to the gradual decrease of the pitch of the
screw thread. This structure can realize uniform extrusion of
plastic and increase extrusion pressure.
The design of threaded elements is usually determined by the
desired product shape and properties. For example, if a plastic
product needs to be manufactured with a specific thread shape, the
thread shape of the threaded element will match it. Threaded
elements can also be customized according to extruder
specifications and requirements.
In general, the extruder building block screw element refers to the
thread structure composed of multiple components, which plays the
role of extruding the plastic melt into shape in the extruder. This
design makes the threaded elements more flexible and can be
