The function of the oil cutoff valve is that when the air
compressor is started, too much oil will not enter the main engine,
which will cause a blockage and cause the air compressor to fail to
start. When the air compressor is shut down, due to the high
internal air pressure, the oil cut-off valve cuts off the oil
circuit in time to prevent the lubricating oil from spraying out
from the intake valve.
Generally, there are two kinds of oil valve, one is electronic and
the other is mechanical.
When the air compressor starts up, that is to say, when the star
triangle starts to load, the oil break valve opens, and immediately
supplies oil to the screw head for cooling.If it is not opened, the
air compressor will be in high temperature. When it reaches 110
degrees, it will stop the alarm directly.Moreover, when the air
compressor is shut down, the oil break valve will act.
When we press the stop button, the air compressor will be unloaded
immediately and enter the delayed shutdown state. When the air
compressor is stopped, the oil break valve will be closed to
prevent the internal pressure of the oil and gas barrel from
ejecting the screw air compressor oil from the intake valve.So it
can be seen that the role of the oil break valve on the air
compressor is mainly to act when the machine is started and
stopped. The oil is supplied to the air compressor when the machine
is stopped and the internal oil is prevented from spraying out.
Problems are likely to occur in the use of oil break valve:
During the use of the equipment, a small part of the impurities in
the air will inevitably mix with the cooling oil. When flowing
through the oil break valve, it may cause precipitation blockage,
so that the oil break valve cannot be opened with the opening of
the equipment, and is in a closed or semi-closed state, which will
reduce the flow of the cooling oil.therefore, the cooling effect of
screw head will be seriously affected.
