What is a thermostatic valve?
Thermostatic valve is one of the most important parts of compressor, which is the temperature regulator.
It uses a thermostat to measure and respond to changes in air temperature within the equipment, thus enabling the compressor to run smoothly and efficiently.
The extracted oil is usually very hot.
Up to 120 degrees Celsius before the compressor is turned off.
To reuse the oil for additional cooling, it must be passed through the oil cooler before being injected into the compressor room.
The thermostatic valve senses the oil temperature and determines how much cooling is required.
If scalded, the valve sends the oil through the cooler.
If it's not hot enough, it bypasses the cooler and sends the oil directly to the filter, where it can be recycled
