1. 95% 99% alumina ceramic rod doesn't give out toxic gases at high temperature . It is
eco-friendly .
2. it is electrical insulating ceramic rod .
3. 99% Alumina ceramic rod is not flexible , it is with high hardness , so it is strong and
rigid in a way . However ceramic is crisp , it may break if drop to
some rigid floor from a certain distance , but it depends on the
shape and the way you drop it . The rod you inquired is not easy to
break .
4. machined finish we mean after the rod was sintered , we grinding
or machining it to get the surface finish and the dimension you
need .
5. We are able to make grove at both ends of the rod of these 3
types of diameters . Please advice what is the dimension of the
grove on which diameter rod . Nomally the diameter more smaller it
is more difficult to make .

At the present time the special position in area of equipment for
dwelling houses and production facilities is occupied by electric
heating devices which key elements are, surely, tubular electric
heaters (TEHs). Ceramic bushings, being mounted at the ends of a
tubular heater, provide its electrical insulation and
