Ceramic Sleeve Washer / Ceramic Sleeve Bushing are one of the most thermally resistant washers available. Due to

Washer Types: Flat Washers
Zirconia stabilised with Yttria has similar properties to those of
Zirconia stabilised with Magnesia, although it is harder and
tougher. It also has a finer grain structure. The non-woven fabrics
are felts fabricated by mechanically locking fibres, and firing at
a high temperature. The fabrics are flexible and chemically
unreactive, being especially stable to hot caustic. Applications
include thermal insulation, filtration and catalysis. The
properties above are those of the sheet form.
Zirconia Ceramic not only have good feature of high hardness and high wear
resistance,but also is excellent in toughness among fine ceramic
material, so it's commomly used for structural parts and wear
parts. As thermal expansion coefficient is close to the steel, it
is also used to connecte ceramic and steel. Expect coommonly used
in the field of industrial structural parts, Zirconia Ceramic is
also widely used in daily-used ceramic because of its jade-like
texture.
