ECO Electric Wire Rope Hoist
The ECO Electric Wire Rope Hoist is a newly developed,
independently operated product. It offers three structural designs
for users to choose from:
- Single-girder standard headroom type
- Single-girder low headroom type
- Double-girder type
It can be perfectly matched with single-girder cranes,
double-girder cranes, gantry cranes, and jib cranes, meeting the
diverse lifting requirements of customers.
1. Modular Design — Compact Structure and Lightweight
Compared with traditional lifting equipment, the ECO hoist features
a modular design that makes the structure more compact and reduces
its overall weight. Its unique green housing design gives it a
modern, clean, and stylish appearance.
2. Low Noise — Better Working Environment
The ECO hoist operates with low noise levels, typically ranging
between 65–75 dB depending on the power rating. Compared with
conventional hoists, it produces less noise, minimising disturbance
to both the working environment and operators.
3. Safe and Reliable — Ensuring Work Quality
The hoist has a protection class of IP55, offering excellent
resistance to dust and water, making it suitable for harsh working
environments. Its insulation class F effectively protects
electrical components, enhancing overall safety performance. With a
duty cycle of up to 40%, it ensures long and continuous operation
with stable performance and reliability.
Cost-Effective Upgrade Solution
To enhance efficiency and safety, many customers choose to upgrade
their existing equipment. The new ECO hoist adopts advanced
technology and high-quality materials, featuring strong load
capacity and excellent stability. It is structurally compatible
with traditional CD/MD hoists, allowing direct replacement without
modification. This “plug-and-play” design enables users to upgrade
equipment easily and economically, significantly reducing retrofit
costs.
