Description of stainless steel wire mesh
Micron stainless steel wire mesh is a surface filter type medium.
It is made by weaving a specific metal wire into a predetermined
pattern to form holes of different shapes and sizes. Plain weave,
twill square, plain Dutch and twill Dutch are common weave
patterns.
The multi-layer micron metal mesh is formed by sintering two or
more layers (2-12 layers) of stainless steel wire mesh, which is
then compressed and sintered together in a vacuum. Its micron grade
ranges from 0.5 microns to 300 microns.
According to the material, stainless steel mesh can be divided
into: SUS302, SUS304, SUS316, SUS304L, SUS316L, SUS310, SUS310s,
SUS430 and other stainless steel grades. 304 and 316 and the most
popular metal materials are used for weaving and processing.
Weaving method: plain weave, twill, Netherlands
Features: Stainless steel mesh screens 304 and 316 have the
characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat
resistance and wear resistance.
