Efficiency:
TRAIRF®air conditioning filters have an average atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 45-50%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% in NBS Test Method; per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV9, MERV11, MERV12 & MERV14.

Media:
Fiberglass and Synthetic Fiber filter media are available for TRAIRF® Air Filter Bag. Synthetic fiber media consist of one layer of spun bound on each side for strength and stability, one coarse fiber melt-blown layer for filtration of larger particles and one fine melt-blown layer for filtration of smaller particles.This media is extremely durable and non-shedding. Using a variety of materials, the range of filtration efficiency can be spanned from 45-50% to 90-95% and > 95%.

Frame:
Both glass fiber and synthetic fiber filter media Bag Filters consists of individual pockets, which are bonded to a corrosion-resistant header, aluminium alloy and galvanized frame header are available.
