Description
1. This semi-automatic decapper and washer is the corollary
equipment of 5 gallon barrel drinking water production line. It is
used for the decapping and washing of the recycled barrel before
filling, increasing efficiency. It is suitable for the small capacity like 150bph.
2. The machine is made of high quality stainless steel (304#,
316#), resistant to corrosion, easy to clean.
3. Main part of the machine which contact with liquid is made of
high quality stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, easy to
clean.
4. Main electrical element is from SIEMENS, OMRON; pneumatic
element is from AIRTAC.

bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.
3.The sealer can seal barrel caps are aseptic and healthy,this line
can also automatically carry out washing,sterilizing,filling,
capping, counting and products discharging.It is a new kind of
barreled water auto-producing line,which integrates mechanism,
electricity and pneumatic technologies together.
