Description

The filling line specially produces 5 gallon barreled drinking water.It has the following types:80 type,150 type,300 type,450 type,600 type,900 type.It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.The sealer can seal barrel caps are aseptic and healthy,this line can also automatically carry out washing,sterilizing,filling, capping, counting and products discharging.It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line,which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatic technologies together.

Automatic bottle exterior brush washing machine is designed for pre-wash the reusable 5 gallon bottle by detergent washing and clean water washing for cleaning the dust, oil things outside of the bottle to improve the washing filling capping system of the main machine, it is geared by high grade Nylon brushing system for washing the bottle bottom, bottle body, bottle shoulder part, controlled by PLC control system.

Automatic internal barrel brusher is a special supporting equipment for 5 gallon water production. It is
suitable for mineral water production, can effectively remove the sediment and algae materials inside the
barrel which caused by water mineralization itself.The machine improve the washing effect greatly and reduce
