Description

The filling line specially produces 5 gallon barreled drinking water.It has the following types:80 type,150 type,300 type,450 type,600 type,900 type.It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.The sealer can seal barrel caps are aseptic and healthy,this line can also automatically carry out washing,sterilizing,filling, capping, counting and products discharging.It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line,which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatic technologies together.

Washing part

The rinsing process includes 12 passes of procedures: 1. Pre-rinsing; 2. and 3. Rinsing with alkali liquor;
4. Dripping water; 5. and 6. Rinsing with water; 7. Dripping water; 8. and 9. Disinfectant solution; 10.
And 11. Finished water; 12. Dripping water.

2 heads Filling part

Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.
Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.

2 heads Capping part

Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm.
Machine is equipped with Cap Sterilization system, which is 1.2m. The system make products more clean and safe by using sterilization and finished water.
Customers can choose to equip ABB/SEW motor, GRUNDFOS water pump, FESTO pneumatic component.
