Neodymium magnet is a general term for strong magnets, with a
chemical formula of Nd2Fe14B. It is an artificial permanent magnet
with the strongest magnetic force to date, with a material grade of
N35-N52. It can be processed into magnets of different shapes
according to different requirements, such as tiles, blocks, punched
holes, magnets, magnetic rods, protrusions, ladders, etc.
The magnetic material properties of epoxy resin coatings are as
follows:
1. The maximum temperature resistance can reach 380 ℃.
2. Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.
3. Multi color. The usual colors are black and gray, but you can
customize the colors according to your needs.
4. No hanging points.
5. Salt spray resistance for 72 hours.
6. The coating thickness can reach 10-25um, and the composite
coating can reach 35um.
7. The surface is smooth and beautiful.
8. Wear resistance, pressure resistance, and impact resistance.
