neodymium iron boron magnetic materials
High performance Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials are mainly
used in motors, compressors and sensors in high-tech barrier fields
such as wind power generation, new energy vehicles, energy-saving
variable frequency air conditioners, energy-saving elevators,
consumer electronics, robots and intelligent manufacturing.
Ordinary Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials are also widely used
in magnetic separators, electroacoustic applications, and consumer
electronics. High performance neodymium iron boron magnetic
materials have small volume, light weight, and high torque, and are
widely used in important components such as new energy vehicle
drive motors, anti lock braking systems (ABS), electronic steering
systems (EPS), and radar sensors to improve motor power density and
operational efficiency. The working environment of wind turbines is
harsh, and the constituent materials need to be able to withstand
tests such as high temperature, severe cold, wind and sand. The
permanent magnet wind turbine has a simple structure, low operation
and maintenance costs, long service life, good grid connection
performance, high power generation efficiency, and is more suitable
for operation in low wind speed environments. Energy saving
variable frequency air conditioning is mainly used in data centers
for cloud computing, ensuring the stability of computers during the
process of cloud computing. The use of permanent magnet motors can
improve operating efficiency, rapidly cool, and automatically
operate at low frequencies after reaching the set temperature,
eliminating the need for frequent start-up and shutdowns, thereby
reducing operating costs and reducing temperature and humidity
fluctuations.
