What's corflute layer pad?

The corrugated pp layer pad is a kind of very popular layer pad made of eco-friendly polypropylene. It can be called corrugated plastic divider, corrugated plastic partition or coroplast separator sheet. It has many characteristics, such as high-strength, impact-resistant, waterproof, moisture-proof, lightweight, cost-effective, etc. It is widely used in the packaging, transportation, and storage of glass bottles and electronic products.
For products with higher requirements for waterproof effect, the plastic layer pads will add a surrounding heat-sealing process on the original basis to prevent water from entering the holes of the hollow board to nourish bacteria.
Usually, we have three types of layer pads,

1. The four sides are fixed by Velcro, no need to stick the sealing tape.
2.Two clasps are installed on each of the two long sides, which is more convenient and stable for transportation.

The characteristics of the corrugated pp layer pads:

(1) The corrugated pp layer is non-toxic, and its safety can reach food grade.
The huiyuanboard layer pad is made of environmentally friendly polypropylene, which is extruded after high-temperature heating. The product is non-toxic and tasteless and can reach food grade. It can be stored together with food.
(2) Corrugated pp layer pad is light in weight.
The layer pad is light and durable. Compared with the wooden pad and solid board, it is lighter in weight, convenient to transport, and easy to take during use.
(3) The pp layer pad for pallets has stable chemical properties, waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, insect-proof, and chemical resistance.
(4) The pp hollow sheet separator sheet has the effect of heat insulation and sound insulation. The hollow structure of the layer pads makes the heat insulation and sound insulation effect better than solid boards.
(5) The heat-sealing process around the pp layer pad can effectively prevent small bugs from breeding inside the panels.
