BTD17-A tabletop sterilizers are designed to perform class B cycles

or unwrapped items. Our standard models of class B sterilizers are

BTD17 series Desktop Autoclave Sterilizer is designed with a unique
exhaust device in the world. The external air outlet is on the
upper part of the autoclave, which conforms to the air fluidics.

Desktop Autoclave Sterilizer Working principle:
The working water is sucked into the steam generator through the
one-way valve, and the water is converted into steam by electric
heating. The steam generator communicates with the jacket and the
inner chamber, and the generated steam enters the sterilization
chamber through a valve control. The air in the sterilization
chamber is forced out by the vacuum device through the vacuum
solenoid valve. The saturated steam enters the sterilization
chamber through the steam inlet solenoid valve. The bacteria
(protein-containing microorganisms) carried by the items to be
sterilized are in a certain high temperature steam environment Be
killed.
This sterilizer is used by medical units to sterilize surgical
instruments, dental instruments, dressings, glassware, and syringes
that can withstand pressure and high temperature steam.
