Intended Use

To be used for blood cell counting, sizing, and WBC differentiation, hemoglobin determination on Nihon Khoden 3 part diff hematology analyzers. This product is for In Vitro Diagnostic Use only.

Applicable Instument

For use with Nihon Kohden MEK-6318,MEK-6400,MEK-6700, MEK-6410,MEK-6420 hematology analyzers.

Procedures

• Remove all the reagent aspiration tubes from the currently used reagent boxes.
• Wipe the tube’s surface with a lent free tissue, and then rinse with distilled water. Put the tubes into Labnovation reagents boxes or bottles.
• Run at least 50 backgrounds. Check for the acceptable background values. At first background counts can be seen, that should lower to normal after a few runs.
• Run all three levels of a dedicated commercial control. Check for the acceptable values.
• Recalibrate the unit if necessary.

• Re-calibration is recommended when changing the origin of the reagents.
• It is not recommended using different brands of solutions together on one unit of analyzer.
• Do not ingest. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Skin contact: Flush with plenty of water.
• Eyes contact: Flush with plenty of water. Obtain immediate medical attention.
• This kit is for professionals and in vitro diagnostic use only.

Storage

Store the product at 5-35℃ in a dust free place with good ventilation. Temperature outside the range may damage the product.

The open vial life of the product is 30/60 days. Unused reagents should be discarded after 30/60 days. Do not mix residual with a new carton.
