Microporous membranes are divided into hydrophilic and hydrophobic.
From the structural analysis of the microporous membrane, it is an
extremely thin membrane with a porous sponge-like structure. The
common pore size ranges from 0.1 microns to 10 microns.
Manufacturers of microporous membranes nowadays classify them as
follows according to their morphological differences:
Flat sheet membrane (Flat Sheet Membrane), hollow fiber membrane
(Hollow Fiber Membrane) and tubular membrane (Tubular Membrane).
Among them, the flat thin paper filter membrane can be further
subdivided into two types: "unsupported flat thin paper filter

Product introduction
The contiguous membrane is a kind of continuous strip-shaped
packaging microporous membrane used in the field of biotechnology
for liquid filtration during the testing process in the
pharmaceutical or beverage industry, CDC, food industry, cosmetics
and chemical industry.
It is specially used with the YT-DS47 automatic membrane taker. It
is triggered by hand induction, and the color code of the
continuous film is positioned. The membrane taker automatically
removes the sterile packaging of the microporous membrane. It is
realized that no manual operation is required, the user's hands are
liberated, and the diaphragm is not in contact with other objects
in the process of being distributed, thereby avoiding the risk of
contamination.
Each box contains 150 filter membranes. The filter membranes are
individually sealed in a special folding tape package. The design
makes the filter membranes easy to open and seal for storage.
