This tester is specially designed for rubber, plastic, paper and
various insulation materials to do aging experiments, such as
rubber, plastic industry, this machine is used to promote the
deterioration of vulcanized rubber; testing to calculate the rate
of change of tensile and elongation after the deterioration process
at different temperatures and times, in the paper industry is used
in the determination of the basis weight and moisture content of
paper, etc.. It can study the aging law of rubber and plastic under
the action of ozone, quickly identify the aging performance of
vulcanized rubber, and provide the basis for improving the service
life of rubber and plastic products. This machine conforms to many
testing standards, such as GB, CNS, JIS, ASTM, ISO, IEC, UL, BS,
etc.
1.1 Design Principle
In general sulfurized rubber products at a fixed temperature of 70
℃ heating test time for a day (24HR) equivalent to the natural
environment in six months of time deterioration.
1.2 Machine Features:
1.2.1. Adopt electronic temperature setter for adjusting and
controlling temperature constant.
1.2.2. Three-stage heating control, the use of power to adjust the
heating speed, reduce energy waste.
1.2.3. Adopt hot air circulation method and motor-driven rotary
plate to ensure uniform heating temperature.
1.2.4. Equipped with exhaust fan and tray, which can adapt to
different testing requirements.
1.2.5. Equipped with time setting controller and super high
temperature protection device to ensure the safety of use and
increase the accuracy of the test.
1.2.6. The test chamber adopts heat insulation and sealing
assembly, heating up quickly, reducing errors and increasing
safety.
1.2.7. The lighting is controlled by independent switch.
1.2.8. The observation window adopts multi-layer type reinforced
glass.
1.2.9. It can be used as an oven to speed up the testing speed.
1.2.10. Simple operation, easy maintenance, reduce the preparation
time before the test.
