The ATMEGA4809-AUR MCU Microcontroller Unit is a powerful,
high-performance 8-bit AVR microcontroller designed for embedded
applications. It features an 8-bit AVR core with 20K of program
memory, 256 bytes of SRAM and 18K of EEPROM. It has an integrated
RC oscillator and a programmable clock with external crystal/clock
input. The ATMEGA4809-AUR also features a wide range of
peripherals, including two USARTs, two 16-bit timer/counters, two
8-bit timer/counters and four I/O lines.
