The Xilinx XC3S700A-4FTG256I is a programmable integrated circuit
chip from Xilinx. It is a field programmable gate array (FPGA)
which is designed to offer high performance for various
applications. This chip includes a Xilinx Spartan-3A FPGA device
with 256K logic cells and 4Mb of flash memory. It also features up
to 1,280 user I/O pins, two power-efficient, low-power 3.3V/2.5V
configurable I/O banks, up to eight independent banks of memory,
and up to eight independent banks of user I/O.
