The Cypress Semiconductor CY7C68013A-56LTXC is a USB 2.0
full-speed/low-speed microcontroller designed for use in a wide
variety of applications. It features an advanced 8051 core with USB
2.0 full-speed/low-speed operation, a high-speed ROM, RAM, and
external memory interfaces, a wide range of peripheral functions,
and an integrated power management unit. The device also includes
an on-chip voltage regulator that allows it to be operated from a
single 3.3V supply.
