MAX3250EAI+T is a low-power single-supply, single-channel,
ultra-low-voltage, ESD-protected RS-485/RS-422 transceiver. The
device operates from a 1.8V to 5.5V single supply, with a receiver
input common-mode range extending beyond the supply rails, and with
a ±15kV ESD protection level. The MAX3250EAI+T has a maximum data
rate of 250Mbps and is designed for automotive and industrial
applications.
