2-wire, 2.5kV isolation and 4.5ns propagation delay. This isolator
features self-biased output structure, low power consumption and
fast switching speed. The ADM4853ACPZ-REEL7 is packaged in a 14-pin
SOIC and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
