The MOC3051M is a 6-pin DIP Power Isolator IC from Fairchild
Semiconductor. This device is designed for use in applications
requiring electrical isolation between a logic level signal and a
power switch. It is suitable for use in AC switching applications
up to 600VAC, such as motor control, lighting control, and other
industrial automation applications.
