The EL817(S1)(A)(TU) is an optically isolated power IC designed to
provide electrical isolation between two systems. This 4-pin DIP
package has a high dielectric strength of 4kV and can provide up to
800mA of output current for a wide range of applications. The
device has a low propagation delay of 0.45μs and a low output
leakage current of 0.5mA.
