The HCPL2631SD is a single-channel optically isolated power
isolator integrated circuit (IC). It is designed to provide a high
level of electrical isolation between power control circuits, while
providing reliable and accurate operation across a wide range of
temperatures and power supply voltages.

• High isolation voltage: 4,000 Vrms minimum
• Low propagation delay: 8 ns typical
• Low input current: 1.1 mA typical
• Low output saturation voltage: 0.2 V max
• Wide operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C
• Wide supply voltage range: 4.5 V to 30 V
• Low power consumption: Typically 1.2 mW
• ESD protection: HBM JESD22-A114F, Class 3C
