The SI8663BD-B-ISR is a high-performance power isolation IC from
Silicon Labs. This device is designed for use in industrial,
medical, and consumer applications where a high level of electrical
isolation is required. It provides isolation up to 4.5kV with a
minimum creepage and clearance of 8mm. It features an integrated
transformer, an operating frequency range of 10kHz to 75kHz, and a
maximum output current of 2A. Other features include an integrated
soft-start and protection against over-voltage and
over-temperature.
