Texas Instruments LMR23630AFDDA Power Management IC
The LMR23630AFDDA is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC
converter from Texas Instruments. It provides a regulated output
voltage of up to 30V and is designed to minimize the total solution
size and cost while maximizing efficiency. It operates over a wide
input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V and is capable of delivering up
to 3A of continuous output current.
The LMR23630AFDDA features an integrated high-side MOSFET, allowing
for a wide range of applications without the need for an external
FET. It also includes advanced features such as cycle-by-cycle
current limit, input under-voltage protection, over-temperature
protection, and output over-voltage protection.
