MAX809LEUR+T Low-Dropout Voltage Regulator
The MAX809LEUR+T is a low-dropout voltage regulator that provides a
wide range of output voltages from 1.2V to 5.5V. The device is
available in a 3mm x 3mm, 8-pin TDFN package. The device has a
maximum output current of 800mA, ultra-low dropout voltage of
150mV, and low quiescent current of 120μA, making it ideal for
applications where power savings is a priority. The device features
a fast transient response, a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to
6.5V, and a fixed output voltage accuracy of ±1%. The device also
includes an enable pin (EN) that can be used to put the device into
a low-power shutdown mode, reducing the quiescent current to
<1μA. The device is available in the extended temperature range
of -40°C to +125°C.
