The MC79M12BDTRKG is a monolithic integrated circuit designed specifically for power management applications. This powerful device provides up to 1.5A of output current and offers excellent thermal performance. It features a voltage mode PWM control, thermal shutdown protection, and under-voltage lockout. The device is available in an 8-pin PowerDI™123 package and is controlled by an external logic control signal.
