1.The NCP163AMX330TBG is a power management integrated circuit
(PMIC) designed to manage a wide range of functions. Its 4-XDFN
package provides a small form factor and is ideal for use in
portable electronic devices.
2.The NCP163AMX330TBG offers a complete power solution with a
highly efficient DC/DC converter, a low-dropout linear regulator,
and integrated protection features such as over-temperature and
over-current.
3.The high performance DC/DC converter provides up to 1.5A of
output current and is capable of generating voltages from 0.8V to
3.3V. The low-dropout linear regulator can deliver up to 0.2A of
output current and can generate voltages from 0.8V to 5.0V.
4.The integrated protection features ensure safe operation of the
IC and protect against over-temperature, over-current, and
short-circuit conditions. The device is RoHS compliant and is
designed to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
