The NCV8730ASN500T1G is a Power Management IC from ON Semiconductor. This device offers a small package size and low power consumption for a variety of applications. It integrates a low-dropout linear regulator, an integrated switching regulator, and an integrated low-current LDO regulator. The switching regulator provides up to 2.5A of continuous output current. The linear regulator offers up to 1A of continuous output current. The LDO regulator offers up to 0.2A of continuous output current. This IC is suitable for use in space-constrained systems such as mobile phones and other hand-held devices.
