The MIC5270-5.0YM5-TR is a high performance, low quiescent current,
low dropout, fixed output voltage regulator. It features a wide
input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, and an adjustable output
voltage range from 1.2V to 5.0V. The device also features ultra-low
quiescent current, programmable current limit, over-temperature
protection, and short-circuit protection. The MIC5270-5.0YM5-TR is
ideal for use in low power applications, such as portable
electronics, battery-powered systems, and other space-constrained
applications.
