Product Description:
The ADM803SAKSZ-REEL7 is a power management IC from Analog Devices.
It is an integrated, high-efficiency, low-dropout (LDO) linear
regulator that offers a low quiescent current of 1.5 mA and a
high-power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 80 dB at 1 kHz. The
ADM803SAKSZ-REEL7 is designed to provide a wide input voltage range
of 2.3 to 10 V and an output voltage range of 0.8 to 5.5 V, with an
adjustable current limit up to 2.75 A. It also features a thermal
shutdown and an overvoltage protection circuit, as well as a
power-good flag.
