Product Description
The TPS63051YFFR is a high-efficiency, low-cost, fully integrated
synchronous DC/DC converter with an integrated inductor. It
supports up to 500mA of continuous output current with an input
voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V. The device features a wide variety
of features such as programmable output voltage, fast transient
response, current limit and thermal protection. The TPS63051YFFR is
ideal for applications such as portable consumer electronics,
battery operated systems, and wearable devices.
