Product Description:
The LTM4622IY#PBF is a high efficiency, step-down DC/DC µModule
(micromodule) regulator with an integrated inductor that operates
from an input voltage of 4.5V to 36V and provides a regulated
output voltage of 0.8V to 5V. The device integrates a high
efficiency buck regulator, power MOSFETs, inductor and support
components into a single 16mm × 16mm × 5.01mm BGA package.
